TECNOSITAF Gulf, stackholded by Gulf Business Development Group, successfully commissioned a state-of-the-art integrated ITS and Tunnel Management System in Qatar as part of P004 – Dukhan Central Highway/Mall of Qatar Tunnel Contract under the direct supervision of Ashghal wherein TECNOSITAF Gulf has implemented a fully integrated & unified Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) & SCADA Platform covering multiple the following subsystems in compliance with Qatar ITS Standards and specifications:

Post completion of the P004 Mall of Qatar Tunnel Project, TECNOSITAF Gulf (GBDG) have been retained by Ashghal and the Main Contractor, i.e. CCC/Teyseer JV, to provide the Operations & Maintenance services for the Tunnel on turnkey basis for the scope areas:

• Managing 24/7 Monitoring and Operations of the Tunnel Main Control Room
• Comprehensive Maintenance of all Electrical & Specialist Systems
• Comprehensive Maintenance of all Mechanical & Specialist Systems
• Comprehensive Maintenance of all ITS, ELV and other Technology Systems & Infrastructure
• Routine Inspection of all Tunnel Structural Components
• Handling all Emergencies and Special Works for Tunnels including Corrective Maintenance
• Providing temporary Traffic Diversions and maintaining the Traffic Flow as per local requirements and regulations
• Provision of all necessary auxiliary elements and coordination with Utility Authorities, Police, Civil Defense, Ambulance and Public Services, as required.
• All necessary Documentation, Project Management and KPI- based Reporting

TECNOSITAF Gulf (GBDG), successfully commissioned a state-of-the-art integrated ITS and Tunnel Management System in the Saadiyat Tunnel, a private access service tunnel contructed at the Cultural District, Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi to provide underground access for service vehicles to the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum and the District Mall.

The scope of the project included the provision of the following subsystems:

TECNOSITAF Gulf/Gulf Business Development Group has been awarded the turnkey contract for implementation of following Systems/Scope of Work Items for Khalifa Avenue/Gharrafa Road Project (including 2 Tunnels & 4 Underpasses) in compliance with local ITS Standards and specifications:

Gulf Business Development Group (GBDG) was awarded the Contract for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Access Control System (Turnstiles & Ticketing Readers) for the Khalifa Stadium as part of Renovation Project.

GBDG delivered, installed and commissioned the required nos. of Stainless Steel Tripod Turnstiles and Ticket Readers and carried out the required Software Configuration & Setup as per the Project requirements.

The project was successfully completed and handed-over well within the stipulated time frame of the Project

Gulf Business Development Group (GBDG) has been awarded the Contract for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Access Control Turnstiles and high-performance EM Locks for both Perimeter & Internal Security of the Al Bayt Stadium.

GBDG carried out the installation and commissioning of the required nos. of Stainless Steel Tripod Turnstiles and EM Locks to be integrated with the Main Access Control Platform chosen for the Al Bayt Stadium.

Gulf Business Development Group (GBDG) has been awarded the Contract for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ELV & Fire Suppression Systems for Ooredoo Mesaimeer Data Center (QDC5) - Zone 4 & 5

The overall project scope covers the following systems/items:

CCTV System (including Video Analytics)
Access Control System, Building Management System
Fire Alarm & Public Address System and High sensitivity Smoke Detection System for the Data Center areas.
NOVEC 1230 based Automatic Gas Suppression System and its integration with main Fire Alarm Control Panel.

GBDG delivered this project in compliance with the applicable Ministry of Interior (MoI) and Qatar Civil Defense Department (QCDD) regulations and requirements.

Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of onboard devices for 3000 buses

As part of the initiative of upgrading the overall public and special event transport services of Qatar leading to their readiness to support FIFA World Cup 2022 event requirements, Mowasalat, the national public transport services provider in Qatar operating under Ministry of Transport and Communications (MoTC), awarded a significant project to NEC Corporation for turnkey implementation of Integrated Transport Management System (ITMS) for the new fleet of 3000 Buses being procured to serve the FIFA World Cup 2022 requirements including a large number of environment-friendly CNG and Electric Buses.

GBDG scope included Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the following key on-board systems within all the 3000 buses:
• In-vehicle Central Monitoring System (IVMS)
• On-board Driver Control Panel (ODCP)
• CCTV cameras and Mobile DVRs
• RFID-based travel ticket reader units
• Onboard communication system
• Emergency response system
• External Digital Display (EDD) control units
• On-board Passenger information displays
• Passenger counting system
• Media controllers and other related ancillary hardware and software componentsices
